A barndominium at dusk with warm light glowing from every window and exterior lighting along the porch and roofline against a deep blue twilight sky.

Know which of these you want? A plan drawn for your land is where it starts.

How a build runs

Land to keys, in four stages

Barndominium projects go wrong early, at zoning and engineering, long before anyone pours concrete. Here is the order we work in and why.

Overhead view of architectural floor plan and structural elevation drawings spread on a workbench with a scale ruler and pencil.

Start your plans

Start the project form. We take your program, the rooms, the shop bay, how you actually want to live in it, and start a floor plan drawn for you rather than pulled off a shelf. This is the first real step and it is where most of the useful decisions get made.

That is how a build runs. Step one is a plan drawn for your land, and that starts with a conversation.

Got land? Let us look at it.

Send us the parcel and we will tell you what can be built on it, what the wind load will be, and roughly what it costs. No charge for that conversation.
